Understand different health and social care structures and provisions Assessment Task: Academic poster including a 5 minute podcast, which illustrates one area of current health and social care provision, in a selected geographical area. Students are required to design a poster and record a 5-minute audio discussing the content of the poster. The poster should explore the following: • The demographic profile of a selected area• Identification of a significant health or social care issue in the selected area• The health and/or social care provisions in the area that address the identified health or social care issue The selected geographical area should be the borough that the student lives or works in. e.g. Islington, Hackney Poster:• Students should use the template provided on weblearn to create their posters.• Posters should be submitted in Power Point or PDF format only.• The poster should only be one side.• The poster should include in-text references and a reference list in Harvard style.
