Prepare a Global Case Study in the form of a financial model in excel. You have to do the case study in the excel file attached (the excel file attached is named “Assignment FM course last”) and follow the pdf file attached for case instructions. Please also see the two zip files as useful resources. Objective: To create an excel financial model associated with formulas from accounting to cash flow to Valuate the company, to calculate CF, Future Cash Flow, optimal capital structure and to determine the risk of investment (CAPEX) using different techniques for measuring investment profitability. You will have a company (listed on stock exchange) with its financial forecasts in excel with a possibility to do scenario or sensitivity analysis.
