Person centered Assessment• Use the case scenario to Mental Health Nursing.• Read through the scenario and idenfy the needs of the individual. Focus on 3-5 needs includingself-harm, suicide or abuse and jusfy your choice.• Cover and content pages. This should set out / explain what your presentaon will cover. • Youcould present it like the contents page of a book. • You can present this in bullet points to make iteasy to read. • Or maybe you can think of a more creave way? The background page should contain informaon about your paent scenario but just keypoints , not a long, drawn-out essay!• Issues of capacity and consent will need to be discussed.
