The scenario is the following: The use of child soldiers during armed conflicts has steadily risen over the years. Children have been employed either directly or indirectly. Military members who directly encounter child soldiers are impacted in many ways to include psychological damage. For those that face a child, they face a moral dilemma: harm the child or find a way to only protect themselves. On the one hand, a child should not be harmed. However, a military member should protect and defend in order to accomplish the objective. Which is the correct choice? I will attach the article as well
