Action Research Proposal Paper Part I: Introduction, Problem, Purpose, and Research Questions Professionals use action research to develop evidence-based, data-driven solutions for a need in the workplace. You will develop an action research proposal paper across Modules 1-4 of this course. In this assignment, you are developing the first part of the paper. You will also create a reference section and update it as you add to the paper in the next assignments. Step 1 Brainstorm and identify a problem, issue, or area of need in your current or future desired workplace as the focus of your action research. Though you won’t actually complete the study, developing a proposal around a real problem will add value to the process and help fine-tune your continuous improvement skills. Then, gather information to better understand the problem, including, for example, existing data, observations, and input from internal stakeholders. In this Module 1 assignment, you will compose an APA-formatted paper to include the following: Title page Introduction Problem Purpose Research Questions Figure 1 Reference page The length of your Module 1 paper progress should be 3 pages, not including the title or reference page. You will add to this paper in the next few modules until the total length becomes 18-20 pages.
